Village Council scraps idea to charge students for parking.

Hallelujah, the Village Council apparently got their heads screwed on straight and last night withdrew their plan to charge students for parking at the Vets Field/Graydon parking lot. Seems they heard from a few residents/taxpayers -- and got the facts regarding parking at First Pres church. Good news!
